FOUL play has now been ruled out by detectives in the case of a young woman found hanged from a window latch in her flat at a Bury hostel, an inquest was told.
Stacie Ashworth, aged 24, was found in her bathroom at the charity-run homeless people's hostel, Woolfield House, in Wash Lane on September 25.
Formal identification was provided by Stacie's mother, Mrs Kathleen Ashworth, of The Tope House, Micklehurst Road, Mossley.
A post mortem examination was carried out at the Royal Oldham Hospital. Coroner's officer Geoff Cave said police had made enquiries, and were satisfied there were no suspicious circumstances. The coroner adjourned the hearing pending full reports.
