CHART-TOPPINGpop band Space will be appearing live at the University of Central Lancashire on Friday, October 5.
The group will be playing all their hit songs, from Female of the Species to Neighbourhood, and will be joined by fellow Liverpool act, the up-and-coming Sizer Barker.

A NEEDLEWORK exhibition by students on the Preston College City and Guilds embroidery course is being held at Samlesbury Hall, from Tuesday to Sunday, October 2 to 14.
Admission to the Hall, on Preston New Road, Samlesbury, is £2.50 for adults and £1 for children.
The venue is open every day except Mondays and Saturdays, from 11am to 4pm.
