TIM Street is being tempted out of retirement by NFP strugglers Chorley Lynx.
The veteran prop who hung his boots up at the end of last season, is in talks with Lynx officials Graeme West and Peter Farrell. They see him as the ideal type of person to give the young Lynx outfit experience and leadership on the field.
If Street extends his career at Victory Park he will go with Leigh's full blessing.
Street is working with his father at the moment and could not commit himself to Leigh's heavy training schedule of up to six sessions a week. Chorley's demands on his time would be considerably less.
