THEATRE goers in Darwen can look forward to a range of productions this month at the Library Theatre on Knott Street
On Thursday, an evening of old time music hall is being presented by the Friends of Ashleigh Primary School, all proceeds will go towards the primary school.
And on Saturday, Not The National Theatre in association with Bloomsbury Productions presents Vita and Virginia, an insight into Virginia Woolf's life and her relationship with poet Vita Sackville-West.
On October 17 and 18 St Wifrid's C of E High School, Blackburn, presents Beat.
On October 26, the Play in a Week Workshop presents the story of Hiawatha, reworked and presented in the context of the present day.
The cast, aged between 13 and 18, will have spent a week rehearsing the play during their half-term break.
Darwen Ladies Choir takes the spotlight on October 27 with special guests the Grimsby and Cleethorpes Male Voice Choir.
