BARROWFORD councillor Barry Miller sported an 'I'm not Pavarotti' T-shirt after continued requests for song dedications.
Despite only weighing in at 16 stone the machine operator was a dead ringer for the opera superstar but after five years had grown tired of the autograph hunters.
