TOP TV chef Brian Turner, of Ready, Steady Cook fame, entertained guests at a literary luncheon at Gisburn's Stirk House.
Brian, who joined Blackburn-born author Josephine Cox and Fiona Castle, widow of popular entertainer Roy Castle, was there to talk about his career to date -- including becoming one of the first to kick off the TV cooking craze and to promote his new book 'Brian Turner -- A Yorkshire Lad'.
The celebrity trio were thanked by Joan Laprell, organiser of the literary events, held to raise money for Cancer Research.
