LEIGH Centurions have pulled in one of their biggest ever sponsors - The Trafford Centre - who will be backing the club's highly-successful development programme.
The Trafford Centre has put it's full backing behind the programme which gives young rugby players the opportunity to progress through expert qualified coaching, educational lessons and the use of the excellent facilities.
Using the Centurions development programme as a vehicle, The Trafford Centre will be putting something back into the community.
Leigh's Development Squads have over 75 players currently going through planned training sessions under the supervision of new Development Manager Keiron Purtill and Development Coach Lloyd Pugsley.
Dave Elliott says: "We believe this is the start of a great way forward in the identification of the next generation of first team players for Leigh Centurions.
"This is also a good reflection on how the club is progressing by attracting such a major sponsor."
