THREE conditions connected to planning permission given to Hollins Textiles in April 2000 have been removed by Pendle Council.
Members of the Colne and District Committee deferred their decision on whether to remove the conditions in September to allow for a site visit.
The formation of a loading bay and vehicle access in to Colne Lane has been completed and councillors agreed that the conditions could be disposed with.
They had stated that the access gates should be set back from the back edge of the foopath by no less than seven metres, a weight restriction of 7.5 tonnes for vehicles using the access should be imposed and the applicants were required to place bollards in the footway at Colne Lane to prevent vehicle mounting the kerb.
