FOOTBALL memorabilia relating to Blackburn Rovers, Burnley and Accrington Stanley will be among the items coming under the hammer at the Manchester Football Memorabilia Auction at Maine Road on Thursday.
The auction is the largest of its kind to be held in the North West with estimates that well over £100,000 worth of goods will be sold.
Items are available for most of the clubs in the the region as well as lots relating to the World Cup won by England in 1966. There are more than 700 lots for sale.
Entrance to the auction is free and there is plenty of disabled access as well as free parking.
The auction, organised by Speciality Sports, takes place in Maine Road's Kippax Stand, the Silver Suite. Viewing is from 9.30am to 12.30pm and the bidding starts at 1pm.
