FIREWORKS have been launched from cars at passers-by in Radcliffe.
So far no-one has been injured, but as Bonfire Night approaches, there are fears that it is only a matter of time.
Mrs Eva Gore of Bury Road, witnessed the hooligans on Sunday afternoon (Oct 14).
She said: "A car drove down the road and I saw someone throwing bangers out of the windows at people.
"It happened at around 4pm and they continued throwing them as the car drove down Bury Road."
Inspector John Higson of Radcliffe Township said the police would remain vigilant and will also be warning shopkeepers about the penalties of selling fireworks to under-age customers.
