BURY man Anthony Fishwick sold himself during a motorbike sale with a customer.
For the client was so impressed by the 27-year-old salesman that he asked Anthony to join his team.
Now, he has been appointed as an executive within the sales team of Nelson-based Hillendale Land Rover.
Anthony joins from Motorcycle City, and has much expertise with the best 4x4s in the world as he does with motorbikes.
Prestons Group and Hillendale managing director Lee Collins said: "I met Anthony when he sold me a motorbike and I invited him to join our team right away.
"I was impressed by his knowledge and passion for all things motorised and his personality fits in perfectly here. Customer service is vital to us and he is the kind of person we can rely on with our customers and their prestige vehicles."
Anthony commented: "I am enjoying my new role immensely. I am working at the front line, dealing with customers and demonstrating some of the finest vehicles in the world.
"It was also a pleasure to find out some other members of the team shared my love for motor bike racing."
