THIEVES took DVDs, worth £1,000, from a video store in Station Road, Bamber Bridge.
Two men entered the shop on October 15 around 5pm and took 55 films, including Star Wars, Bride of Chucky, The World Is Not Enough, Blade, Scream, Exorcist, Vertical Limit and Fight Club, all in plain black cases.
Both thieves were white and aged about 25. One was around 5ft 11in and stocky, with pale complexion and short, spiky, mousey hair. He spoke with a local accent and was wearing a black padded jacket and beige trousers. The other was around 5ft 9in, with a pale complexion, local accent, black scruffy hair, and black jumper and pale jeans.
Police are hunting two boys who set fire to the rear of a house in Watling Street Road, Fulwood, and then fled.
The fire damaged a petrol can, plastic guttering and an outhouse during the attack around 5pm on October 12.
Both boys were white, aged about 13 and slim. One was 5ft tall and wore a yellow football top. The second was 4ft 9in tall, had cropped hair and was wearing an orange top.
