SCORPIONS recorded their biggest-ever victory as they went on a 15-try romp against the bottom club.
It eclipsed their previous highest score of 82-4 against Wymott Prison in 1992.
The plucky Bolton side was outgunned in all departments and Gareth Chadwick started the try-fest after five minutes when he did a run-around with Shaun Towell to score under the posts.
Elusive winger Steve Morris them went on a weaving run which took him over the line before Chadwick scored two more quick tries.
Full back Towell was next to score followed by a second from Morris before Chadwick got his fourth try.
Just before the break, man of the match Luke Valente capped a great all-round display by scoring under the posts. Chris Pearson converted seven of the eight tries to make it 46-0 at half time.
The rout continued after the interval with tries from Julien Irving, Morris, Tim Burns and Simon Pritchard.
Then Steve Campbell scored a 70-metre try and Morris added two more to give him five in the match.
The refereee spared the Bolton side any further punishment by blowing the final whistle with ten minutes of normal playing time left.
