THE new Bill about to be introduced by the Home Secretary, David Blunkett, which will make it an offence to incite religious hatred, was, to me, something to smile about and wonder. If this Bill applies to all parts of the United Kingdom, how can it be enforced in Northern Ireland?
It would mean banning marches, banning organisations. Locking up some MPs and locking up hundreds of the population of Ulster.
Don't waste taxpayers' money, Mr Blunkett -- use it in the NHS. Your Bill won't succeed, especially in Northern Ireland.
