TWO and a half years of hard work at Blackburn's North bar have finally paid off as the pub has been now granted an entertainment licence.
When Jo and Ronnie Brown moved in the venue was still a restaurant but after a lot of graft it has been transformed into the night spot that it is now.
And the Town Hall Street bar is now set for a whole month of live music from a great selection of bands.
North will also continue with its variation of DJs playing on Friday and Saturday.
The line up of bands includes punk, R&B, indie and grunge.
Any local bands are also welcome to get in touch with them to either support a big band or play on their own.
