THE First Disabled Accessories Roadshow will take place in Nelson on Saturday, between 11am and 4pm.
Organised by the East Lancashire Group of the Disabled Drivers' Association, it will be an opportunity for disabled people throughout Lancashire to look at the accessories available to make life a little easier.
The Mayor of Pendle, councillor Colin Waite, will attend the event at the Civic Hall, in Stanley Street.
Items on display will include electric wheelchairs, scooters and ramps, as well as information stands by various local organisations such as the Samaritans, Citizens' Advice Bureau, Welfare Rights and Marsden Resource Centre.
