A LANCASHIRE family evening takes place at Sudellside Community Centre next Friday and everyone is welcome.
There will be poetry from local dialect speaker Jim Atherton, plus quizzes, dancing and a Lancashire hot-pot supper.
Community development assistant at the centre Marian Chambers said: "It will be an evening of old fashioned family fun and promises to be a great night."
Tickets cost £1 for adults and 50p for children, which includes supper.
There are also family tickets costing £3 for two adults and two children.
Tickets can be bought in advance from the centre on Sudellside Street or on the door.
The event runs from 6.30 to 9.30pm, further information from Marian at the centre on 01254 760270.
