BECAUSE I am disabled and partially sighted, the council lowered the kerb and put a white line in front of my house.
But motorists must be blind -- there's always someone's car parked there!
I rang the council about it and was told: "That's the ignorant motorist for you."
I pay full council tax, but cannot get out. Why does the council spend up to £1,000 doing these jobs for the disabled? Perhaps a councillor can answer my question.
