BLACKBURN and District CTC kept up their impressive form with another team victory at the Nick O'Pendle.
Carl Helliwell recorded the fastest time for the hill climb, covering the 1400 yard course is 4 minutes 17.90 seconds.
The Great Harwood rider finished just ahead of team-mate Ian Stott from Clayton-le-Moors who clocked in at 4.18.40.
Andy Brennan of Cleveleys finished in third position in a time of 4.33.40 but Blackburn and Distict CTC's Dave Ebbrell from Wilpshire took fourth place in 4.33.60 to guide his club to victory.
The event, the last local race in the series, attracted 26 riders from clubs including the North Lancs Road Club, Blackburn and District CTC, Ribble Valley CTC, Rossendale CTC and Clayton Velo.
The evergreen Peter Greenwood of Clayton Velo finished in fifth place overall and was the fastest veteran in a time of 4.36.6.
Matt Swell of Southport RC was sixth in 4.37.3 with Blackbrn and District CTC rider Dave Collinge from Darwen in seventh position in 4.39.9.
Neil Reynolds from Clitheroe, riding for Blackbrn and District CTC, finished in eighth place in 4.44.9.
Fastest female rider was Marian Hesketh who completed the course, which includes a one in six gradient, in 6.38.7.
