FANS of Bonfire Night are in for a treat this year, with plenty of exciting firework displays across the region over the next four nights.
Blackburn's spectacular firework display has been saved by a Lancashire Evening Telegraph campaign.
The event, run by the Blackburn Rotaract, is being held at Witton Park on Saturday, from 7.30pm.
The Friend's of St Peter and St Paul's Primary School, Rishton, are to hold a bonfire on Saturday, from 6.30pm.
Entry is £6 for a family ticket, £2 for adults and £1 for children. Refreshments are available.
Hyndburn Rotaract's spectacular is being held at Accrington Cricket Club on Saturday night, from 7pm.
The Fisherman's Retreat's in Shuttleworth is holding an annual display on Monday, from 6pm. Entry is £2 for adults, £1 for children, and £5 for a family.
The Victoria Road in Gisburn Road, Barrowford, will stage a display on Sunday, from 7pm to 9pm. Refreshments will be available.
A display in Clitheroe Castle field starts at 6.30pm on Saturday.
St Leonard's Scout Supporters Group, Langho, is promising its best-ever event at Bushburn Drive park on Friday, starting at 7pm.
And at Pendleton, the Swan with Two Necks will hold a bonfire on Sunday, starting at 7pm.
In Rimington, the annual bonfire organised by Rimington and Middop Sports Committee will take place on Friday on the Coulthurst Jubilee Field, Back Lane, Rimington, from 6.30pm.
A no-bangers firework display for younger children will be put on at 7pm followed by, at 7.45pm, a full display for older children and adults.
In Cliviger, the Ram Inn joins forces with Cliviger Recreation and Community Association to hold a bonfire on the field behind the pub, in Burnley Road.
The fire is lit at 6.30pm, and the fireworks start at 7pm.
A spectacular event is planned for Darwen Football Club's Anchor ground, Anchor Road, on Monday.

Edenfield village bonfire and fireworks display is being held at the Recreation Ground, Exchange Street, on Saturday, from 6.30pm. Admission is £1.50 for adults.
The official Barnoldswick bonfire is being held in Victory Park from 6.30pm on Saturday.
A bonfire and fireworks display is being held at the Canon Lewis Hall, Holcombe Brook, Rossendale on Saturday from 6pm.
