THE funeral of Timothy Ellis, son of Burnley FC's assistant manager Sam Ellis, will be held on Tuesday.
Mr Ellis, 28, of Preston Street, Kirkham, died after being involved in an accident with a heavy goods vehicle on October 26.
The funeral will take place at St John the Evangelist Church at Lund, near Newton-le-Scales, at 2pm.
Timothy was a radio operator at Mac's Taxis in Kirkham, a firm which is joint owned by his mother Helen.
His brother Steven is a professional rugby player at Fylde RFC.
Flowers and donations are being accepted by the family and will be donated to a charity which has yet to be chosen.
All donations should be sent to John Whittaker Funeral Service, Parliament Street, Burnley.
An inquest into Timothy's death was opened and adjourned by Blackpool coroner Samuel Lee pending further inquiries by police accident investigators.
