WHO is responsible for clearing rubbish from behind Blackburn Rovers football ground?
My dog, along with many others, is exercised there regularly -- along with many others -- and twice in the last three weeks she has sustained badly cut feet, needing extensive veterinary care on both occasions.
The first time she cut a tendon; the second, she punctured an artery.
It is time something was done to redress the problem of rubbish before any of the children who play there -- supposedly safely away from traffic -- are seriously injured.
People complain about dog owners not cleaning up after their animals though most of them do clear up or they face a severe fine.
Isn't it time that the rest of the population were treated in the same way before a child is seriously injured and bleeds to death as my dog almost did.
