STACEY Devitt, 19, of Woodvale, Darwen, was ordered to pay a total of £100 in fines and costs when she appeared before Blackburn magistrates and pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and failing to answer bail.
She also admitted being in breach of two previous conditional discharges.
Clare Fanning, prosecuting, said the most recent offence was committed after police were called to Woodvale flats where they found about 15 young people causing a nuisance. Devitt, who was clearly drunk, became abusive.
