MARTIAL Arts experts from the Darwen School of Kung Fu met the World Taikwondo champion when they attended a national training seminar in Essex.
The chief instructor at the school, Ray Heeks, along with instructors from around the country, taught courses in various martial arts and health and safety.
On the final day of the course world champ Silvio Cimac, from the BBC series Masters of Combat, was there to teach Taikwondo and promote safety in the martial arts.
Ray said: "Everyone had a good time exchanging ideas and meeting new friends from different styles of martial arts.
"Our school is committed to improving our students and school by attending such courses and adding to the safety knowledge which makes martial arts one of the safest sports."
