A DARWEN business park is under new ownership after it was off-loaded by Lancashire Enterprises.
Leeds-based Evans Easyspace has taken over Darwen Business Park, near the M65, for an undisclosed fee.
The site comprises 34 modern industrial units and an office building, and will now be marketed at firms looking for short-term leases as well as back-up support.
They have also bought the Sycamore Trading Estate in Blackpool as part of the package.
Managing director Tom Stokes said: "These two centres represent an important addition to our portfolio, giving us a significant presence in the North West."
The Darwen site will now be marketed on its infrastructure strengths, including its location close to the M65, which feeds on to the M61 and M6.
