PLANNERS will decide tonight whether a three-storey building in Ramsbottom is to get permission.
Manchester Methodist Housing Association has applied to Bury Metro to build 24 flats on the Peel Brow Estate on spare land.
Although tenants and residents are not objected to site being developed, the plans only provide for 12 parking spaces and they say the three-storey building would not ben in keeping with the area.
Brenda Headley, chairman of Peel Brow Tenants' Association, said: "We are not objecting to the building of it, because it will tidy up the area, but we are objecting to the size and height and the parking provided because there isn't enough for our own estate."
Planners will view the site before deciding on the application tonight.
