THE Clarets arrive at Highfield Road to face a side eager to put their climb up the table back on track.

Tomorrow's opponents, Coventry City slipped to a 3-2 reverse at Millwall in their last outing before the break for international fixtures, but the former Scotland international keeper Andy Goram feels that the defeat in the Lions' new Den may be a blessing in disguise.

Goram believes that reversal has given the Sky Blues more hunger to succeed and that they can bounce back from their first defeat under new boss Roland Nilsson when they take on Burnley.

"It's going to be a difficult to come back but we know we can do it," said the former Oldham, Hibernian and Glasgow Rangers keeper, who last term capped an illustrious and varied career with two appearances for Premiership champions Manchester United.

"We had an unbeaten run going which was good for us because we were fighting like anything for each other," said the 37-year-old.

"But you cannot stay unbeaten forever and the Millwall result might just be the kick up the backside we need to press on.

"I think it might help us that the defeat is out of the way."

And Goram feels that the first division have yet to see the best of the Sky Blues as they seek a return to the top flight at the first time of asking.

"We have not been playing the best football since I have been here," he admitted.

"We have played well in spasms, but nothing consistent, yet we are still only three or four points off the top of the table.

"A few teams will be in for a shock if we start playing anything we like we know we can do."
