PHIL James Barlow, 25, of Sarah Street, Darwen, was bound over in £50 to keep the peace for six months by Blackburn magistrates after admitting a breach of the peace.
A charge of being drunk and disorderly was withdrawn.
Tom Snape, prosecuting, said police were called to an address in Sabden Walk in the early hours of the morning.
They found Barlow slumped against the front door of a house shouting at the occupant to let him in so he could see his daughter.
Barlow, who was clearly drunk, was advised to leave the area but the police were called back again when they found Barlow shouting at the top of his voice and banging on the door.
