POLICE have charged two men in connection with a series of attacks on women in less than three hours in Blackburn.
Karl Hartley, 18 and Farrakh Rashid, 30, both of Neath Close, were arrested on Thursday following the robberies.
They were both due to appear before Blackburn magistrates today charged with four counts of robbery.
Two of the attacks happened in just ten minutes on the same street, Sandpiper Close.
There was a third in Finch Close on Wednesday afternoon.
A fourth attack happened in Marsh Street at about 1.40pm on Thursday when a 42-year-old woman had her handbag snatched.
