THE latest step in the formulation of a blueprint for the future of Chorley will be taken at a meeting of interested groups and organisations on Friday.
The meeting will present draft aims and objectives drawn up as a result of widespread public consultation.
Everyone attending the meeting will be urged to have their say so that words can be turned into actions.
The ultimate aim is to prepare a community strategy to promote the economic, social and environmental well-being of the Borough.
Council leader John Wilson said: "We have gone a long way towards finding out what changes the community as a whole wants to see both in the short and long term. There will be no set rules when it comes to discussion. Every opinion will count and every view will be recorded."
