YOUR front page story about the pro-Taliban march in Blackburn (LET, November 12) was infuriating. How was the march allowed to take place?
Our Prime Minister is travelling the globe, drumming up support for the fight against terrorism and the authorities allow what can only be described as an act of treason on our doorstep.
Instead of confiscating a few offensive banners, the police should have arrested the organisers. After all, we are at war against the regime that these people openly support.
