Nantwich Town 1 Atherton LR 2
LR conjured a victory in a quite incredible game.
Nantwich hit the woodwork three times before taking the lead. Rovers were down to ten men when Chris Dalton received a second yellow then nine shortly after as Wayne Bridden was booked a second time.
The protests from LR ended with the ref ordering two substitutes, Jason Holroyd and Brendan O'Shaugnessy, from the bench but despite all this, LR played some quality stuff in the second half,
They levelled on 72 minutes when Chris Arnold headed in Tony Smith's corner then took all three points with Luke Hardman's 85th minute winner.
