LABOUR came up with a cunning plan to woo the voters before next week's two by-elections in Burnley.
The party enlisted the actor Tony Robinson, formerly known as Baldrick, the long-suffering sidekick of Blackadder in the BBC's hit comedy show. He visited Coal Clough Library in Coal Clough Lane on Saturday to read a story to local children before heading off to meet the voters in Trinity and Lowerhouse wards.
