POLICE executing a search warrant at an address in William Street, Blackburn, were abused by Darren Robertson. But Blackburn magistrates heard that when Robertson was arrested as a result of his behaviour he said: "OK, I'm sorry, let me go."
Robertson, 21, of William Street, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £75 with £50 costs.
Elliott Taylforth, defending, said Robertson did not agree with everything the police had said about his behaviour but accepted that he should have kept his mouth shut.
