AN electrical fault is being blamed for a fire at the Red King pub in Whitefield on Friday night (Nov 16).
Firefighters were called to the Bury New Road pub at 7.15pm when a fire broke out in the basement area.
A spokesman for the fire service said the cause was most likely to have been the ice-making machine.
The pub opened soon after the incident.
