CHORLEY are hoping to add a new face to their squad ahead of tomorrow's home tie against Spennymoor in the UniBond First Division.
Ken Wright is on the hunt for a striker as the Magpies look for their first league win in nine encounters.
They have lost their last three league games 1-0 and Wright is desperate to add some strikepower to a side who, apart from14-goal hitman Andy Mason, are struggling to find the back of the net.
Chorley have scored just 21 goals in the league this season - one of the lowest in the league - whereas they come up against a Spennymoor side have no trouble converting their chances, they have 32 in their goals for column.
And they had another high scoring game midweek when the North East side drew 3-3 with Rossendale United.
Wright must be beginning to feel the pressure as Chorley have picked up just three points from a possible 24 and have plummeted down the table.
