GREAT Harwood boss Denis Underwood is giving youth a chance as his side look to halt a run of eight successive NWCL Division One defeats.
They face a huge game tomorrow when they welcome Nantwich Town to the Showground.
Harwood are currently fifth from bottom and Nantwich lie just a place below them and, after getting dragged into a relegation fight last season, Underwood is determined it won't happen again.
Their last two games have been against promotion chasing sides Kidsgrove and Salford and, despite the losses, Underwood has been boosted by his side's performances, especially the youngsters.
"I have added Adam Tempest who is only 18 and has come from the East Lancs League. He will work his socks off," said the boss. "And there is also Ryan Stanland, a 20-year-old midfielder, who has come in from the Rochdale League.
"Shaun Davis is just 16 years old and he has done well while Adam Potts is 18. There are a lot of promising youngsters here who are getting used to the league in every game they play.
"Tomorrow is a game we have to win and the fact we haven't picked up anything in our last four league games means the pressure is on.
"If we play as poorly as we did against Darwen and Ramsbottom then it will be close but if we play like we did against Kidsgrove and Salford and get a lucky break, it shouldn't be a problem."
