A MAN who breached anti-social behaviour order three days after it was imposed was fined £750 at Manchester Crown Court.
Michael Kirby, 50, formerly from Oswaldtwistle, must also pay £250 prosecution costs and a similar sum towards his own legal aid costs.
Judge Martin Steiger said Kirby, now living in Southport, had been convicted of breaching the order on "clear and compelling evidence." T The judge told Kirby: "You elected to have a trial on this matter and must now face the financial consequences.
"It seems to me your behaviour that night was a demonstration that at that time you were not prepared to abide by the order. I bear in mind you have now moved out of the area and that your house is to be sold.
"In the past you have had some mental difficulties which may have contributed to these incidents in July last year."
Miss Alexandra Simmonds, prosecuting, said three days later Kirby again upset neighbours by having a "noisy and disruptive" party at his then home in Charles Street, Southport.
