RESIDENTS are being invited to suggest questions for a new wide-ranging survey being carried out by social housing landlord Twin Valley Homes.

The organisation, which bought Blackburn with Darwen Council's housing stock earlier this year, are asking tenants for their ideas on question they would like to be included in the survey.

It is hoped the survey will reveal the issues which bother residents the most, and will include questions about the stock improvement programme and the services Twin Valley provide.

Phil Richards, chief executive of Twin Valley, said: "We are looking for different ways for more tenants to get involved.

"This is a new way in which tenants can participate and help us find out about service expectations for the future."

Twin Valley is now responsible for more than 10,000 houses, and the results of the survey will be used to establish how happy tenants are with the service they receive.

Their wishes and aspirations which also be noted.

Mr Richards added: "The information will be analysed at district and estate level to help us gain a greater understanding of the different issues facing tenants in different locations in the borough."

Anyone with question suggestions should ring 01254 269124 or 269125.
