PUPILS at a Fylde school have been enjoying lessons with an international flavour -- thanks to an influx of students from abroad.
Since Easter 34 international students have joined King Edward VII and Queen Mary School in Lytham.
And to welcome them and their families the school has been running extra lessons in speaking English and flying flags from Australia, Canada, China, Ireland and America.
Principal Julian Wilde said: "People are moving to the Fylde mostly in connection with jobs but also because they love the choice of housing and the quality of life. We've been delighted to welcome so many families both from other areas of Britain and from abroad.
