SEDGLEY PARK face their biggest test of the season so far tomorrow when high-riding Plymouth Albion visit Park Lane.

The South West coast side have won all ten of their games in National League Two so far this season, including a 34pts-13 win over Sedgley on the opening day of the season.

Park will be out to get their revenge tomorrow when Albion travel north and the home side will be going all out to ensure they return down the M5 feeling as bad as Sedgley did coming back up the other way on the night of September 1.

Cris Raducanu will still be missing from the Sedgley line-up. The big Rumanian forward has a long-term knee injury and goalkicking half back Colin Stephens is battling to throw off a hamstring injury that has kept him out of for last three weeks.

"Colin did it in the warm-up at Stourbridge the other week," said club spokesman John Lawrence. "He's struggling, but we are hoping he might be OK for this one."

Otherwise, Sedgley are likely to be able to field a near full strength side and Lawrence added: "We are ready for them. It will be a hard game, but if anybody can beat Plymouth it's got to be us.

"We have already lost to them, and they are a good side. A few of us went along to Fylde last week to watch them win there 20pts-0, so it isn't going to be easy, but we reckon we can match them on our own patch."

Sedgley are to stage an Under-21 game against a Lancashire side at Park Lane on 23 January 2002.

The postponed league fixture against Newbury, lost last week because of the hosts' cup involvement, may now be played on December 29.

Sedgley are due to entertain Newbury, also in the league, the following Saturday, 5 January 2002.
