FEEDER: Just A Day, (Echo) -- Feeder to me epitomise the worst of indie rock. A band devoid of personality, as bland as their manufactured counterparts and musically as inspiring as a drunken karaoke evening down your local. Following-up their massive Buck Rogers hit was always going to be tough but here they're so far off the mark, their days must surely be numbered. CL (1/10)

HUNDRED REASONS: EP Three, (Columbia) -- Completing a trilogy of ineligible chart singles the Reasons carve out a track from the mould that produced the best moments of Reef. Amazingly between the shouty bits the singer even tries his hand at singing. And the results only add to the theory that the more this rough diamond is polished the better it looks. CL (8/10)

GERI HALLIWELL: Calling -- Geri gets into Christmas mood with a ballad so airy and pointless that she's resorted to that wind-through-the-hair look to make it seem interesting. She'll be lucky to scrape the Top 10.CL (3/10)
