A CHRISTMAS concert at St Bartholemew's Parish Church, Colne, will feature radio organist Nigel Ogden and the Linden Singers.
The fundraising event on Friday has become a regular feature of the church calendar with Nigel being joined by other local choirs to produce a popular night of festive light music.
Concert organiser David Hawthorne said: "We are very grateful to Nigel and the Linden Singers for supporting the church during a very busy time. Nigel has a long association with St Bartholemew's. We are honoured that he takes time from his hectic international schedule to be here in December."
Nigel was recently elevated to the American Theatre Organ Societies Hall of Fame, reserved for organists who have made a major contribution to international promotion of the theatre organ.
The Linden Singers will perform for the first time under the direction of Peter Young, a former music lecturer from Nelson and Colne College.
