BACUP will be also looking to progress in the FA Umbro Trophy when they take on NWCL Division One side Maine Road at West View in the Worthington Challenge Trophy.
A victory will take Bacup into the quarter-finals where they will have a home tie against Prescot Cables or Abbey Hey.
In the NWCL Division One, Clitheroe will be aiming to extend their unbeaten league run to six games when they make the trip to Woodley Sports tonight.
And Colne face a test of their recent form when they make the trip to NWCL Division Two clear leaders Stand Athletic.
John Lister's side currently occupy the highest position since Colne reformed with seventh place in the league but Stand have only lost once in the league this season and already look destined for promotion.
