SCHOOL deputy head Andrea Perry celebrated with pupils after they went to the top of the class in the Government's performance league tables.
The tables, which were published today, highlight Sacred Heart RC Primary School in Colne as one of only three in East Lancashire to score 100 per cent across the board.
Youngsters achieved top marks in English, maths and science.
The two other schools who were on top form in the tests for 11-year-olds were St James' School, Brindle, and Turton and Edgworth CE/Methodist School.
