POLICE in Pendle have renewed an appeal to the public for help in tracing two armed, masked men who robbed a petrol filling station.
The robbers threatened an employee and tied him up before getting away with cigarettes and £8,000.
Det Insp Tony Bolton said the response so far had been disappointing.
The raid took place at the Shell garage in Barrowford, shortly after 6.30am on Sunday, November 25, and police inquiries are ongoing.
The member of staff, a man in his forties, was intimidated by the two thugs who were armed with a knife and baseball bat.
Anyone with information or who could in any way assist police with their investigation is asked to contact Nelson CID on 01282 472645 or ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
