MORECAMBE travel to Chester on Saturday, hoping to improve their record against a club who have been one of their bogey teams over the last couple of years.
The Deva Stadium club had been struggling at the foot of the table until their successful visit to Christie Park earlier this season.
That made it three wins in three games against Jim Harvey's men, but the Shrimps will be hoping to continue a run of good form which has seen them win their last two games.
Christie Park has been abuzz with transfer speculation this week, with a particularly strong rumour linking teenage centre half John Hardiker with Blackpool as the Seasiders look to rebuild their team after selling star striker Brett Ormerod. to Southampton for £1.75 million.
Love them or hate them, you just can't ignore Manchester United, and the UK's most famous club bring their reserve side to Christie Park on Thursday night for a clash with Blackburn Rovers second string.
The most high profile of this winter's reserve clashes is likely to see some of United's fringe first team players make an appearance.
At the very least, some of the promising youngsters from the Old Trafford academy are expected to be on show, so this could be the first chance to see the next David Beckham -- or even the new Laurent Blanc.
Kick off is at 7pm and admission is just £3 for adults and £1 for children.
