LANCASTER firm Recognition Express has been named the best supplier for Consignia, formerly the Post Office.
The firm, which makes name badges for staff, beat more than 300 other companies to the 'supplier of the year' title.
Consignia chief executive John Roberts said: "Recognition Express of Lancaster were instrumental in ensuring that all of our customer-facing staff were immediately recognisable when we became Consignia under conditions of extreme confidentiality."
Receiving the award, Tony Williams said: "We are delighted to be one of the first small company franchises to be recognised in this way.
"We like to think of ourselves as a small and personal company. We have a workforce of 12 people who work on the Consignia account and we aim to please customers by being just as enthusiastic about small customers as we are about the big ones."
