EAST Lancashire MP Nigel Evans wants to invite Tony Blair and Gordon Brown into his constituency surgery to sort out their neighbour dispute.
The Tory frontbencher is growing increasingly concerned about the rows over the garden fence between the Prime Minister and his chancellor.
He is deeply concerned that Mr Brown's desire to take Mr Blair's job and move into his house is damaging the government.
The Ribble Valley MP said: "This is all too familiar. The worst thing that can happen to an MP is when they have to deal with disputes between neighbours.
"It's just the same with Tony and Gordon. They need a constituency MP to intervene. Gordon says Tony promised to let him have Number 10 Downing Street after a few years. Tony denies this.
EAST Lancashire MPs Peter Pike and Lindsay Hoyle are furious at Liberal Democrat tactics at Westminster which left the House of Commons sitting in private last week.
During debates on the government's anti terror laws, tempers flared at Westminster.
The Lib Dems discovered an ancient rule which allowed them to throw out the public, the press and even the official reporters from Hansard.
The end result was large numbers of MPs, who could not hear each other because the microphones had been turned off, talking about nothing at all.
Chorley MP Mr Hoyle said: "It was ludicrous. It turned parliament into a farce."
REBEL Labour MP Paul Marsden this week complained about being "bullied" by government whips -- adding that he had been frightened by being barracked by Chorley MP Lindsay Hoyle.
Mr Hoyle remarked that if Mr Marsden was upset by a few comments over his unexpected appearance in the Chamber to join a debate he had ignored, he must be a "timid soul."
But others at Westminster remarked: "If Lindsay's really that frightening perhaps he has got a career as a government whip putting the fear of God into renegades."
THE Liberal Democrat East Lancs Euro MP Chris Davies spends a lot of time complaining about the Labour government's "spin" and Tony Blair's choice of easy cliches.
But clearly he is a quick student as this week he attacked European Union cuts in fishing quotas as inadequate.
He remarked: "Without drastic action, cod will have had its chips."
