BURNLEY Garrick Club is looking beyond Christmas and the pantomime season for its production of Kindly Leave The Stage by John Chapman.
It's a play within a play and actors will be playing it for laughs in a fast-paced play of theatrical disasters.
The show will be staged at Burnley Mechanics from Wednesday, January 23, to Saturday, January 26, at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the Wednesday and Thursday performances are £4.50 (Friday and Saturday £5). Students and under 16s pay half price on production of NUS card.
Burnley Garrick Club will follow up the comedy with a farce by Marc Camolotti called Don't Dress For Dinner.
The farce -- complete with mistress, mayhem, misunderstanding and mirth -- is being staged at Burnley Mechanics from Wednesday, February 27 to Saturday, March 2, at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £4.50 for Wednesday and Thursday and £5 on Friday and Saturday (students and under 16s half price on production of NUS card).
